Not more than a year back, it was a very good time for the content writers as Google used to give priority on fresh, relevant and quality content. This has made Google to bring about another algorithm updates that give more importance on recent events, hot topics, current reviews and breaking news items keeping a pace with “Caffeine” that would ensure fresh content. The changed algorithm updates say that newer, fresher content will come first followed by older ones.
Google has estimated that about 35% of searches will be impacted by its newest change to its search algorithm. This change is likely to give more relevant results for different types of searches concern to different freshness needs.
