If you want to switch from any cellular phone company or another
network, it will allow you to do easily except Idea. To be more precise if you
want to switch from Idea to another network provider, it will not allow you now.
Why? The only reason is that they already have the information from TRAI,
different media, news sources and more significantly thorough various survey
and sampling that they have achieved the highest transformation rate from their
cellular service to the other service provider. Now let me take one real example to prove how
they bar you when you try for a transformation. An endeavor was made by an Idea
subscriber (Mobile No: 7890686946) to transform from Idea to Tata Docomo but
within few days after application in spite of having validity, SIM card
registration got failed.
Money Deduction
Problem
I have scarcely come across an Idea subscriber who never faced
money deduction problem with Idea. They will suddenly activate any of their
expensive services to your number in order to steal a fair amount of money from
your account without your knowledge. If you do not notice, then it is very
good, they will do it for the second time. If you ask them the reason of
deduction, Idea people will definitely tell you have activated this service by yourself.
They will tell, unless you activate this how such thing can happen to you. But
be sure, it is not your fault. One day around 55 rupees was deducted from my
account. Besides, time to time I get a small or medium amount of money deduction
in my idea number.
Sudden disconnection
problem
It is very usual, while you talk to others using idea
network, you get sudden disconnection during your conversation. Besides, having
poor networking connectivity, you need to dial several times from your idea
mobile number to communicate your desired person or persons. But most
remarkably, the Idea is as expensive as the other renowned network connection
providers in consideration to call charges. But the difference is that unlike
them, Idea is more expensive as you got sudden disconnection and network
connectivity problem in the midway.
Besides, Idea is known for its worst quality internet
service.
